We are excited to announce the call for submissions for the inaugural issue of Traces Journal.
We are looking for poetry, essays, reviews, and interviews engaging with art and faith in Canada. Full submission details can be found on our “Submissions” page (see below).

there is a lot of religion in my poetry. but it also comes through the absurd. and it doesn't belong to any one religion. but the poetry that comes up through religion is part of it its thirst even, sacred essences, graces, and spaces. all over work. tho poetry has a ragged edged... The narrative use religious terms to create opposition to falls into hell where baits beauty in many ways. Also not Canadian. Tho went to York one semester and had friends with places in Point Albino outside of Buff near the Falls. Grew up there. Right now usa I am political. BUT ninety percent what I do on sub is writing about narrative, and poetry and language... Anyway. Say hi to Brock for me. He was very supportive for a time. But then there was an election --
